The International Research Project is a consultancy initiative in collaboration with Erasmus University. As part of this project, we work with companies based in Southeast Asia to address strategic and operational challenges. In previous years, we have successfully collaborated with, among others, Boskalis, Shell, Damen Shipyards, Philips, and East West Seed.
The key highlights of the project are:

Support from renowned strategy consultants, including Accenture, Bain & Company, Metyis, EY-Parthenon, and the Erasmus University.

A professional end-report and presentation providing concrete answers to the research questions.

The assignment of four master’s students with diverse academic backgrounds tailored to the specific research question.

Research proposals include: competitor analysis, market expansion opportunities, value chain analysis, market entry strategy, feasibility analysis and market research.
